Removed Xceed license key from configuration since it is no longer being used

Fixed bug for EntityBase equality methods, also added unit test for EntityBase equality. A big thanks goes out to rkanagy for finding this!

Updated project to .NET 4.0; removed all references to the Xceed Data Grid and replaced them with the OOB WPF controls

Downloaded the new Xceed DataGrid for WPF v3.1 Express; changed references in SmartCA.Presentation to reflect the new DataGrid; removed the LicenseKey assignment in SmartCA.Presentation since it is no longer necessary

Fixed the RepositoryFactory so it did not cache the Unit of Work that was passed in; added some DataContract classes that were missing; added and fixed several unit tests.

Added the SmartCADbTables.sqlce file to the SmartCA.Infrastructure.Repositories project. This file contains all of the SQL scripts to create the tables used in the SQL CE dataabse.

Added the SpecSection (a SpecificationSection instance) property back in to the TrackingItem class. I also added a SpecificationSection instance as a parameter to the constructor. The text on page 173 originally refers to this and it was mistakenly taken out during the finalization process of the book.

Added null checks in EntityBase for the key field in the Key property setter and in the GetHashcode method.

Upgraded to Xceed DataGrid 2.0. Fixed a few of the unit tests that were failing...required a few changes to the Converter class.

Chapter 11 complete. This build includes the Client Membership System, which is kind of like the ASP.NET Membership system, only completely refactored into a rich domain model that works locally on a Smart Client.

Upgraded to Visual Studio 2008 RTM. This means that the SQL Server CE database was also upgraded to the latest version as well. Changed the Xceed DataGrid for WPF control to be the Express version also.

Chapter 9 Completed. Tons of refactoring for all of the ViewModels. More refactoring on NumberedProjectChildren and some other areas as well.

Completed Chapter 8, Change Orders. Added more behavior to the Domain Model, more unit tests. Created the IEntity and IAggregateRoot interfaces and am now using them in conjunction with the Repositories.

Checking in for Chapter 7, Proposal Requests. Added more behavior to some of the domain model classes, including adding a small validation framework with the EntityBase class.

Also introduced the concept of broken rules, did more refactoring in the UI for Transmittals.

Completed Chapter 11. Minor changes to the Synchronization implementation.

Checking in for ITARC 2007 Conference. Refactored Unit of Work interfaces and implementation to account for Synchronization. Created a Synchronization strategy for synchronizing transactions from the client to the server and vice versa.
